An exploration of time-space compression, global collecting & interpenetration of cultures via the collection of take-out menus in Sydney & Shanghai for Harley Spiller’s Guinness World Book of Records count in New York at the same time. This was made possible by a plane flight across time zones. Video documentation was taken to authenticate the task.
